The facade is clad in movable metal panels that form a dynamic, kinetic building envelope.

The courtyard design follows the overall concept of the development — «The Russian North.» The courtyard is located on a podium, while the layout of its paths and walkways is inspired by tree rings and cracks in tree bark.The planting consists mainly of evergreens, with vegetation gradually increasing in height towards the quiet relaxation area.
