The work is based on memories and nostalgia, giving tender feelings to people who grew up or spent their childhood in the village. The object is a so-called «goat» for sawing logs. In my childhood, it seemed like an exciting toy, despite its serious function. It was an animal that you could ride, and an inaccessible mountain, and a car, and many other things that the imagination is capable of. We had several of them, one made of birch

Made by hand using ready-made wooden products
Ready-made wooden sticks (5 pcs) have grooves cut out for joining. Then they are dripped with fused sealing wax, creating the texture and grain of birch. Burned with a lighter on top for blackening. On one lower stick, a long groove is cut out for placing photos/postcards. Other sticks of a smaller diameter are cut from sushi sticks. Processed on a candle flame to create the texture of birch. Everything is glued and leveled
