This collage was created at the beginning of COVID-19 pandemic. During that time, people had to stay at home and quarantine, and I was wondering the relationship between human’s future and epidemic.
With the development of science and technology and the harsh changes of the environment, I am worried about the human’s future and assume a scene of doomsday period: The night becomes eternity, people are using the virtual technology to pretend they’re in the natural environment. People have to practice the swimming skills through the online teaching video.
I used pointillism on the blue sky and grass in the distance to make them looks more virtual.
