We conceived this interior as a reflection of our client’s lifestyle — stylish, modern, minimalist and thoughtful.
In our work we often use an architectural approach to design. With this approach, space is formed by form, function and color, and then more decorative techniques.
We decided to combine all the living space of the apartment into one, so that the apartment would look visually larger, separating the bathroom.
We took black and white as a basis, combining materials such as light concrete, dark wood and stone.
We use different textures of materials, but stick to a single color scheme. This is how we got a very monochrome and contrasting interior, which at the same time looks voluminous and expressive.
The sleeping area is recessed into a niche and separated from the corridor by a textile partition. To further delimit the space, we highlighted this area in black.
The texture with the effect of chipped stone and black matte ceilings in the bathroom with perimeter lighting create a pleasant chamber atmosphere in the bathroom.
