The position track, based on the 1929 Moscow large-scale repainting plan, which was never implemented and the video was a visualization of the plan.
«The main unit of the city’s colour structure is the street, and the colour should combine the facades of the street rather than „distinguishing separate persons with no common property…“

The main idea is to create a visual image of the city using fakes! What would Moscow look like today if the plan had actually been implemented?

The project is closely related to personal experience: in my city a couple of years ago, a deputy painted all the buildings and cut down the trees on the streets he was passing through. These streets changed their appearance a lot, as if they had been forcibly removed from the vegetation and painted in white, beige and blue. I’m interested in showing how much the city is changing with just one major repainting decision, how artificial it looks after that, and how fragile these changes are.
Receptions to convey meanings
Symmetrical angles, a large number of repeated buildings or individual elements of Falshfazada are used to reconstruct the plan. Displacement Map creates a sense of fragility.
Sound: The news audio trail complements history, creating a sense of change first, and then destroying the illusion live
The challenge is to make the viewer feel moved into Utopia, but not to distance it completely from reality. In this world, the viewer can feel confused at first, and when the world becomes familiar, the sense of fairy tale. At the end of the utopia, it will collapse along with the fakes, opening up modern reality.
