Концепция
House of hoax — инди-студия, занимающаяся разработкой необычных игр, и продвигающая современную контркультуру.
Логотип House of hoax, разработанный мной БЕЗ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ НЕЙРОСЕТЕЙ и НЕ ЯВЛЯЮЩИЙСЯ частью данного проекта, изображение используется исключительно для ознакомления с концепцией.
В качестве материала для этого проекта я выбрал разработку моделей для 3D-печати восковой основы под отливку ювелирных украшений с логотипом студии.
Эти украшения могли бы использоваться как подарки отдельным членам команды на особо важные события в их жизни и в жизни команды.

ТЗ на 3D-печать восковых моделей
Материал: Литейный воск для 3D-печати (Castable Wax / Wax-like Resin с чистым выгоранием).
Технология печати: Тип печати: SLA / DLP / MJ (предпочтительно MJ для высокой детализации). Толщина слоя: 0,016–0,03 мм. Точность: ±0,05 мм. Минимальная толщина стенки: не менее 0,6 мм (рекомендуемо 0,8 мм). Минимальный размер рельефных элементов: 0,2–0,3 мм.
Ориентация и поддержка: Минимизация поддержек на лицевых поверхностях. Поддержки легкоудаляемые, без повреждения геометрии.
ТЗ на обработку напечатанных восковых моделей
Очистка: Удаление поддержек вручную или термически, без деформации. Очистка от остатков смолы/воска (при необходимости — изопропиловый спирт или специализированный раствор).
Контроль качества: Визуальный осмотр под увеличением ×5–×10. Проверка размеров критических элементов (посадочные места, рельеф).
Подготовка к литью: Припайка литников воском, совместимым с основной моделью. Исключение острых внутренних углов (радиусы ≥0,3 мм). Поверхность без трещин, расслоений и пузырей.
ТЗ на литьё
Металл: Серебро 925 пробы. Чистота сплава подтверждена сертификатом или пробирным контролем.
Технология: Литьё по выплавляемым моделям (Investment Casting). Формовочная масса — ювелирная, для серебра. Контролируемый режим выжигания воска (полное выгорание без остатков).
Требования к отливке: Полное заполнение формы, без недоливов. Отсутствие пор, раковин и холодных швов в видимых зонах. Допуск на последующую механическую обработку: +0,2–0,3 мм.
ТЗ на работы ювелира
Механическая обработка: Срезка литников, зачистка. Шлифовка и полировка до ювелирного качества поверхности.
Позолота: Тип: гальваническая позолота. Толщина слоя золота: не менее 2–5 микрон. Маскирование зон, не подлежащих позолоте.
Эмалировка: Эмаль: фиолетовая, горячая (печная). Подготовка углублений под эмаль: чистые, без полировки до зеркала. Равномерное заполнение, без пузырей и трещин. Финальная шлифовка и полировка после эмали (без повреждения покрытия).
Финальный контроль: Визуальный контроль качества. Проверка целостности эмали и равномерности позолоты. Соответствие изделию утверждённой 3D-модели и дизайну на 2D-концептах.
