STIRLITZ, Max Otto von (aka Maxim Maksimovich Isaev), SS Standartenfuhrer and colonel of Soviet
intelligence, is a legendary intelligence officer, the main character of the novels by Julian Semenov and
the cult TV movie by Tatiana Lioznova «Seventeen Moments of Spring». Embodied on the screen
by Vyacheslav Tikhonov, he became the standard of endurance and intelligence for the Soviet viewer,
