Initially, there was a concept of a coffee table in the style of minimalism. The basic form is simple — a cone at the base, on its surface there is a stand, connecting it with the tabletop.
From 3D visualization we moved on to mock-ups to determine the best proportions and angle of the table stand. The right option turned out to be the best.
Selection of materials. Initially, the base material was gypsum. We made molds, casted them. We assembled the first prototypes

How to set up serial production?
The resin was perfect, but… working with it required creating our own technology and production. How to cast parts in bulk, and in such large volumes? Yes, you can take resins with a long curing time, but then the technology will not become widespread. Faster resins heat up so much during curing that they can cause a fire. To solve these problems, we designed new forms that effectively remove heat when the resin hardens. You also began to work directly with resin manufacturers on the composition of the materials. As a result, a new resin was developed for our project, a new pouring technology, and a resin degassing technology. We were able to achieve the effect of monolithic glass!
We also make tabletops from resin. Their main feature is warmth. Unlike glass, they are warmer to the touch and do not make an unpleasant glass-on-glass sound if you put glassware on the table.
We did the main work in winter. And now spring has come. How we want something bright like the spring sun itself after the monotonous winter! We have prepared a line of Konus-ART tables. The main difference is in the technology of manufacturing the bases. The inner surface is a translucent light filter that creates the illusion of color coming from inside the base.
As a result… a huge amount of work was done. The main thing is that the design became serial and for this purpose our own production was created
