Studies vs Midjourney. Special project for Blueprint

The Blueprint editor Paulina Gardennikov asked students at the ICU School of Design to learn Midjourney. Young designers formulated a request for neuronets  — and  asked her to create her own collection. What happened to future fashion professionals, a  what  — hnbsp; artificial intelligence?

21 « Over a collection based on  ship construction technology, I  started working with  January: looking for a theme, looking for references. K  began product creation in  March. I really like Martin Margela’s principles: & bdquao; Infinity“ , Structure Disclosure, and  Clothing Design. KIRILL OSTANIN Yekaterinburg, 21 < <laqua; My project is called Precaution (» Precaution&ldqua;), born he  out of  reflections about  working routine in  a period of instability and  potential threat. I remember the film «The Swimmers» (» Plows“) — the story of the 'nbsp; two flat sisters forced to emigrate from 'nbsp; Syria, which became extremely dangerous due to the armed conflict. In  one of the  heroine scenes decides to jump from the  drowning liferaft into he&nbsp0; water he&nbsp1; independently swim the rest of the path. This episode gave an understanding of the mood he&nbsp2; the character of the heroine of the he&nbsp3;.

CAMILLA SOJAEVA Moscow, 20 «B  my main project is  — state of drift in  critical situation. When you’re ready to swim further, even when the World Flood happens, you always want to feel safe and feel calm. The first mock-up was prepared by 8  February, and  the first piece was removed. The images are created according to  inflatable liferaft technologies  — hence the color and  formal formation. I used inflatable pillows to transport fragile cargo. DANIL CAPELKIN Zhukovsky, 20 « One working module worked over the collection: from  inventions to  implementation took seven weeks.
