As a result, it seems much more important to properly interpret this book for yourself and the child than to try to protect, to say the least, a questionable piece of our history.
In general, the book, though done in the form of a «free» comic book, resembles rather some agitation, whose author, without shyness of resources, is raising the horrors of the Soviets: the great figures of the Chiefs of the USSR are coming toward the little Czech, a funny kid with coloured pencils in his hand is driving past a crowd of gray zombies with red flags in his wheelchair.

Paintings of the artist seem extremely tight, and there is no empty space in them, although there are not many bows and vignettes in the pictures (in any case less than, say, Yerko’s). This effect is achieved by drawing out the smallest details, removing each window into a thousand pictures of houses, marking each stone in the square, every board in the fence, every feather in the bird. This detail of the image was characteristic of the geographical and astronomical maps of the New Time, which Cece apparently has a weakness: the broad framework, filled with small drawings, encapsulates images that necessarily contain both wind roses and pigeons and other decorative elements that are characteristic of old atlases.
