Porcelain vessels «Stream», created by Polina Alexandrovna Chistova, can be used as vases for small bouquets, decorative branches and as interior sculptures.
The smooth white edges of the vase contrast with the colored gutter, which encircles the cubic shape and grinds off its sharp corners. This dynamic stripe is a symbolic representation of the flow of energy that does not arise out of nowhere and cannot disappear. Twisting, the strip closes in on itself or «runs over» to other vessels from this series if you put them side by side. The buyer can purchase one vessel or make compositions of several to his taste, like a child playing with cubes.
The Stream series is made in a minimalist style in a pastel restrained range and will be an appropriate decor in the office, home office and living room. The target audience can be men and women of any age.
Stream vessels are made of porcelain in the technique of slip casting into gypsum molds, covered with colorless glaze and hand-painted with overglaze paint. The gradient effect was achieved by sponge stamping in a single firing. In total, the products went through 3 firing: scrap 900c, poured 1200c and overglaze 800c. Weight of one vessel: 700 g Overall dimensions: 130×130×130 mm Year of creation: 2023 Circulation: 10 pcs Price: 7000 rubles
