AZ is a molecular gastronomy restaurant, inspired by the work of Tadao Ando and Peter Zumthor on the lake Kezenoyam.

Harbour of Light is a metaphor for the planned architectural construction. It is sacred and divine, an experiment in perception of contrasts, the interaction of light, shadow and water.

The conceptual feature is the attachment of the restaurant to the reservoir. The use of a network of artificial canals inside it contributes to the organization of water transport — gondolas. They are the only way to get into the establishment. They form an image connecting two universes: the outer and the inner.
The project attempts to develop an architectural structure and its interior solutions.
The active influence on the visitor is achieved through contrasts: tunnels and free natural areas, shadow and light, where light is navigation. The visitor experiences a change of space, a change of sensations.
