Concept
Somnia is a medical department which is focused on improving sleeping process and reducing digital overload. The project consists of medical knowledge, neuroscience and well-being practices which leads to a single system for examining, diagnosing, treating, and preventing sleep problems.
The concept of the project is based on sleep analysis as a multi - process which is closely linked to stress, circadian rhythms, and modern lifestyle habits. In today's world, people are permanently exposed to screens, overloaded information, and stimulation and so that it leads to sleep disorders and chronic fatigue. Somnia offers not a quick result, but a long-term and structured approach to recovery from the issue.
While developing this clinic, we are considering not only medical aspects but social theories as well. This approach helps build trust within patients, create easy-understanding of the issue and make interactions more motivating and effective.
