In addition to their standard Delo House models, the team also designs and builds custom homes, incorporating well-tested technical solutions. In early 2025, a two-story house with a total area of 185 square meters was completed in a pine forest near St. Petersburg. Its architecture evokes traditional northern rural estates: the house is composed of several volumes with gabled roofs of varying heights, one of which features dormer windows. The exterior is clad in brown cedar siding, a material characteristic of traditional wooden architecture.
A terrace with steps on both sides connects the house to the surrounding landscape. A bright entryway leads into a hallway that links the public and private areas of the home. This area also includes a guest toilet, a walk-in closet, and a sauna.
A spacious kitchen-living room occupies one entire volume of the house. In the opposite wing, there are two home offices and a guest bedroom. On the second, attic-style floor, you’ll find the master bedroom, a children’s room, and a bathroom with a view of the forest. Every room is equipped with built-in wardrobes, storage rooms, or walk-in closets.
The house is built on a reinforced concrete foundation. The project includes full interior finishing and efficient engineering systems: underfloor water heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
