Коллекция одушевленных предметов интерьера
Концепция
Основной идеей моего проекта по созданию 3D объектов является использование необычных образов и масок для преображения привычных объектов быта.
Я выбрала 5 предметов: зеркало, сахарница, подсвечник, ваза и лампа. Референсом послужили африканские маски с их необычными пропорциями и гипертрофированными чертами, адаптированные под современные интерьеры.

Для создания каждого предмета серии я использовала Midjourney:

1. Параметры: Общие габариты: Высота изделий: 150-220 мм
Максимальный диаметр 100-160 мм Толщина стенок:) Основной корпус: 2.5-3.0 мм Мелкие элементы: не менее 2 м Функциональные зоны: 3.0-3.5 мм
Рекомендуется разделение модели на основной корпус и функциональные элементы (для упрощения печати).
2. Технология печати: SLA / MSLA (LSD) — создаст более гладкую поверхность, высокая детализация, удобство окрашивания.
3. Материал: Основной материал — фотополимерная смола (SLA): ABS-Like Resin / Tough Resin
Цвет смолы нейтральный: серый / молочно-белый
Требования к материалу: ударопрочность, отсутствие сильной усадки, низкая хрупкость мелких деталей.
4. Параметры печати (SLA): Высота слоя: 0.05 мм Ориентация моделей: наклон 20–35°
5. Поддержки (Supports)
Размещение: тыльные и нижние зоны внутренняя часть корпуса невидимые зоны основания
Запрещено: поддержка на лице, глазах, носе, губах поддержка на функциональных кромках (горлышко горшка, посадка свечи, рамка зеркала)
диаметр контакта: ≤0.4 мм
7. Окрашивание Метод: аэрограф / краскопульт
Рекомендации по зонам: Лицо: матовый или сатиновый Глаза: глянец Губы / нос: полуглянец
Финиш: защитный лак
8. Контроль качества
Обязательные критерии: отсутствие выраженной «лесенки» отсутствие следов поддержек на видимых зонах чёткая геометрия лица ровное лакокрасочное покрытие прочность соединений устойчивость изделия на плоскости
Для функциональных объектов: корректная посадка свечи / зеркала / патрона отсутствие люфтов
