
The game is set in a pirate setting, in an amphibious world in the middle of a vast ocean. The action takes place on a ship in a team of various creatures. The essence of the game is to complete quests for time. We created a unique sound design concept to reinforce the amphibious and fairytale atmosphere of the game.
About the game
A third-person yunga quest simulator where the player, controlling the character, must move quickly around the ship fulfilling quests for time from various crew members.
The world of the game lacks modern and advanced technology, and the ocean dominates the land. Trade and travelling is only possible with the help of a ship, so piracy has become commonplace. The team of the game ship, where each character fulfils a different function, has gathered to search for a legendary treasure.

Sound concept
The world dominated by the ocean becomes a haven for various kinds of creatures. By adapting to their surroundings, the characters acquire the properties of amphibians. The main aspects of the sound concept are to create the atmosphere of the vast ocean and cosiness inside the premises. As well as the creation of characters at the intersection of mammals and amphibians.
The sound is based on ambience in the locations; ambient sounds and room rumblings create the overall atmosphere, which is reinforced by the sounds of the characters that fill the sound space.
Interface sounds support the general style of the project and help the player to navigate through the tasks. They do not break out of the general sound picture and create an intuitive auditory interaction with the game.
