Reflexia is a key point in the work of any team. In analysing the path we have travelled, we note what we have learned, we have discussed problems and solutions, we praise ourselves and our teammates, and we come to a common sense of what was good and what to look at next. The result is easy to feel, but it’s hard to visualize.

The project is a wooden field with nine card slots, the team performance criteria. For example, quality, coherence, trust, clarity of role, timeline. The point is, it’s possible to evaluate the criteria with a color system. Okay, the green card means that everything was done great, yellow-- that you have to work, and the red card is very bad. The team is thus engaged in a massive discussion and an overall picture of the work done. The project was developed for almost a year and went through all stages of design thinking, ranging from empathy and user analysis to the generation of ideas and testing.
